For determining the shive content in ground wood pulp. Designed in accordance with "Second Report of the Pulp Evaluation Committee to the Technical Section of Paper Makers Association". Number of slots 756, width 0.15 mm. Rubber diaphragm actuation by electric motor and eccentric mechanism, driven at 690-700 rpm. With stand. A calibrated flushing nozzle, located in the centre of the fractionating screen, provides excellent circulation and keep the slots clean. Water flow rate 8.6 dm 3/min. at 123.6kPa.
